Who we are
TurnBot is a WhatsApp service that checks documents for similarity and AI writing and sends the reports back in the chat. In this policy "we" means TurnBot. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name WhatsApp shares with us.
- The messages you send to TurnBot.
- The documents you send and the reports produced from them.
- Your balance and purchase records: amounts, dates, the package bought and any code you redeemed.
Card and PayPal payments are handled on the payment provider's checkout page. We receive a confirmation of the payment, never your card number. For crypto payments we receive the transaction details needed to confirm the payment.
How we use it
- To check your documents and send you the reports.
- To keep your balance, confirm your payments and redeem your codes.
- To answer your support requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the service.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your documents for advertising.
Who processes it
Your data is processed by the service providers that run TurnBot for us: hosting, payment processing and WhatsApp messaging. Each receives only what its part of the service needs. Messages between you and TurnBot travel through WhatsApp and are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion by writing to [email protected] with your WhatsApp number. Deletion removes your documents, reports and history. Purchase records are kept where accounting or tax law requires it.
If you stop messaging TurnBot, we do not contact you except to deliver a report or a payment confirmation you are waiting for.
Security
Traffic to and from the service is encrypted, and access to documents and reports is limited to the systems that produce and deliver them.
Changes
We update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
