Terms of service

The service

TurnBot checks documents you send on WhatsApp and returns a similarity report and an AI writing report as PDF files. You choose between Turnitin official reports and in-house engine reports for each document. By messaging TurnBot you agree to these terms.

Your account

Your WhatsApp number is your account. Your balance, purchases and reports belong to that number. Keep access to it: we cannot move a balance to another number without proof that both numbers are yours.

Checks

Payments and codes

Prices are shown in the chat before you pay. Payments are made on a secure checkout page or to a crypto address shown in the chat; checks are added once the payment is complete. For crypto, send the full amount shown, including your wallet or exchange fee. Codes from resellers are sold by the reseller, and questions about them go to the reseller first.

Acceptable use

We may limit or suspend a number that breaks these rules.

Reports

Similarity and AI writing reports are aids to your own judgement, not a verdict on a document. We do not promise any particular score, and how a report is used by a school or another party is outside our control.

Availability

We work to keep TurnBot available at all times, but checks can be delayed by maintenance, heavy load or problems with WhatsApp or other services we depend on.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any check is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions go to [email protected].
